What the pictures leave out is most of the work. The steel beam carrying a wall that's no longer there. The shower pan tested before the tile went on. The ductwork moved to buy back eight inches of ceiling. That part is on our Process page, and what it costs is in our cost guides.
Maxwell opened Birmingham Manor's first floor with a steel beam, then built a Dura Supreme kitchen in white and rift-cut white oak with integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.
