Most of the stress in a renovation is not the dust or the noise. It is not knowing what got done, what it is costing, whether anyone was there at all. Every Maxwell project runs through Buildertrend, so the answer is always a phone away.

Warrenty on our workmanship
Ask anyone who has been through a renovation what went wrong and you will rarely hear about craftsmanship. You will hear that nobody called back. That they found out about a delay a fortnight late. That a charge appeared on an invoice they had never agreed to.
None of that is a building problem. It is an information problem, and it is entirely solvable, which is why we made it structural rather than a promise about being good communicators.
Every Maxwell project runs through Buildertrend. You get a login before construction starts, and from that point you can see where your house is at any hour, from anywhere.
Not a weekly summary and not when someone remembers. Each working day closes with what was done, photographs of it, and what is scheduled next. If you are travelling, at work, or would simply rather not stand in a construction zone, you still know exactly where your house is.
You see the same calendar we do, updated as the job moves. When something shifts, a lead time, an inspection, a weather day, you see it when we see it, not at the end of the month.
Every change is written up, priced and sent to you for approval in the app before anyone starts it. This is the single most common source of disputes in remodeling, and it is why we do not do it verbally.
What has been billed, what has been paid and what is coming, alongside the contract and the schedule it relates to. No separate paperwork trail to reconcile.
A project manager who owns the schedule, the crews and the site, and a designer who owns the drawings, the selections and how it comes together. Both are on your project from contract to completion.
Selections happen in person, with cabinetry, tile and stone in front of you. A quartz sample on a phone screen is not the same object as the slab.
The people in your house work for us. No coordination between a designer, an architect and three subcontractors, and no gap in responsibility.
You know our ranges before you call. We would rather you find out we are not in your range from a website than from a consultation.
On our workmanship, with your full project record staying in the app afterward. We are not asking you to prove what was installed or when.
Buildertrend tells you what happened on your house today. It is not where you decide how your house should look.
Selections happen in our design studio, in person, with the actual cabinetry, stone and tile in front of you. Choosing finishes for a $150,000 kitchen through an app is a false economy for everyone involved.
So the split is deliberate. Decisions are made face to face with materials you can touch. Everything after that, progress, schedule, costs, approvals, lives somewhere you can check at midnight if you want to.
Do I have to use the app?
No. If you would rather we call or email, we will. But the daily log gets written either way, so the record exists whether or not you open it. Most clients check it far more often than they expected to.
What happens when the schedule slips?
You see it when we do. Every project has a week that does not go to plan. What we will not do is know about it for two weeks before telling you.
How do change orders work?
They are written up with a price and sent to you in the app for approval before the work is done. If you do not approve it, it does not get built.
Can I see the app before I hire you?
Yes. We will walk you through a live project view at the first meeting, so you can see exactly what you would be looking at rather than take our word for it.
Who is my point of contact?
Two people, and they stay with you from contract to completion. Your project manager owns the schedule, the crews and the site. Your designer owns the drawings and the selections.
What warranty do you provide?
Five years on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures and materials run separately under their own terms.
