Real design takes real work, and a firm that gives it away recovers the cost somewhere you cannot see. The full fee comes off your construction contract when you build with us.
A flood-tested shower pan and one that was never tested look identical in a photograph. For about three years, they look identical in person too.
The same is true of waterproofing at every corner and seam, of a duct run relocated to buy eight inches of ceiling height, and of a beam sized properly when a wall came out. None of it photographs. All of it is why the room is still right in ten years.
So alongside the images we publish what the work costs, how the process runs, and what we will not leave out regardless of budget. The pictures are the easy part.
