New Framing, Plumbing & Electrical Inside a 1906 Detroit Tudor
This image highlights one of the most important stages of our historic home renovation in Detroit. During the complete restoration of this 1906 Tudor, outdated infrastructure was removed and replaced with modern framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Structural improvements were carefully integrated into the original architecture to strengthen the home while maintaining its historic character. Although these upgrades will eventually be hidden behind drywall and trim, they provide the foundation for a safe, efficient, and comfortable home built to last for generations. At Maxwell Building Services, we believe exceptional historic home remodeling begins with quality craftsmanship behind the walls before the finishes ever go in.
