By removing two load-bearing walls and installing a substantial structural steel I-beam supported by a newly engineered foundation pad, Maxwell Building Services created a spacious open-concept layout while maintaining the home’s structural integrity.

At the center of the renovation is Dura Supreme Cabinetry, showcasing timeless painted white perimeter cabinetrypaired with a stunning rift-cut white oak island. Every cabinet was designed with functionality in mind, incorporating custom storage solutions, tray dividers, spice pullouts, cutlery organizers, rollout shelving, waste pullouts, integrated end panels, furniture-style base molding, and glass display cabinets with puck lighting.
Luxury appliances elevate both performance and aesthetics, including a fully integrated Sub-Zero refrigerator, Sub-Zero freezer, Wolf 36-inch gas cooktop, and Wolf double wall ovens, all seamlessly incorporated into the cabinetry for a refined, furniture-inspired appearance. A custom rift-cut white oak wood hood serves as the focal point above the cooking area, while expansive quartz countertops provide generous workspace for cooking and entertaining.
Beyond the kitchen, the renovation continues with a beautifully crafted hidden coffee bar featuring bi-fold doors that conceal appliances when not in use, along with custom built-ins surrounding the fireplace that bring balance and architectural character to the adjoining living space.
