The expansive ADA curbless walk-in shower is wrapped floor-to-ceiling in American Olean Union Industrial Gray 24″x48″ rectified porcelain tile, creating a seamless contemporary aesthetic. A 36-inch linear drain, oversized custom niches, frameless glass enclosure, integrated grab bars, built-in bench seating, and custom half walls provide safety without compromising the room’s elegant design.
Custom Maple cabinetry in a rich Cannon Gray stain provides generous storage while maintaining clean architectural lines. The vanity is topped with luxurious Black Pearl Leathered granite, which continues throughout the bathroom as bench seating, half-wall caps, backsplashes, and custom armrests, creating a cohesive, furniture-inspired design.
Underfoot, Atlas Concorde Boost Grey Mosaico Shapes porcelain tile adds subtle texture while providing excellent slip resistance throughout the bathroom. A large custom LED mirror, integrated charging drawers, upgraded recessed lighting, heated floors, built-in speakers, and thoughtfully concealed electrical outlets further enhance both comfort and convenience.
