I have to say how impressed I am with this company! Joe, Josh, and crew were very professional as they restored our home from water damage. They were always prompt and handled our insurance claim thoroughly and efficiently. (And you know how dealing with insurance claims can be such a pain!) This was the smoothest and easiest claim that we had ever encountered. All the repairs turned out great: wood floor refinishing, sub floors replaced, repair/replace drywall and painting. I cannot thank you guys enough!! We will definitely call them for future remodeling projects. Highly recommend!!!

Joe and his team completed my basement restoration after a hot water tank leak while we were on vacation. He was at the house within an hour of my call & started the restoration that same day. Everyone who worked on the project was exceptional! The crew was always on time, kind, & professional; the work area was swept daily & the end result was more than I could have asked for. We were displaced from our home for 2.5 months and Maxwell really made it a lot easier than expected. They communicated on a daily basis, went above and beyond completing the project on a timely basis. They made sure things ran as smoothly as possible to get us back home quickly. There were many moving parts and so many people involved. They coordinated well with others so we weren’t on the phone and distracted from our normal life as much as possible. Even after the work was done they repeatedly followed up to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend Maxwell!! Very happy!

The Maxwell team made an inconvenient and stressful incident of mold into a bearable situation. Professionalism and thoughtfulness was present from the initial consultation with Joe to my interactions with each individual crew member. When our sump pump failed us we called Maxwell Building Services to come extract the water out of our basement. The guys were out here within an hour, with all necessary equipment to get started. Normally I call around for services like this, but Joe and his team came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. I would recommend this company to anyone- you rock!

We hired Maxwell following a sump pump failure in our basement. They were at our home with in 1 hour and did a great job with the clean up. They were able to assist us in the insurance process and everything went smooth from start to finish. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I called Maxwell Building Services late Friday night after a pipe burst in our upstairs laundry room. Water was pouring from the second floor through to the basement. Despite how busy they were, a technician was able to come out that same night to assess the situation and begin the clean up. We still have a ways to go before our house is back in shape, but we truly appreciated how fast and caring this company is. They are taking care of all the insurance side of the process, which is the last thing I wanted to deal with at this point. I will post an updated review when the work is finished.

Maxwell Building Services replaced our roof last month. We filed a claim for wind damage and our insurance company denied the claim. They said that the roof was old and worn out. So we call Maxwell to come take a look. They were able to have our adjuster come back out for a re-inspection and approved a full replacement after MBS showed them the damages. The roofing crew tore off the old roof and put the new one on in just one day. They left our yard cleaner than it was before they started the job. I would recommend this company, very honest and hardworking.

We had a kitchen fire at our home over Thanksgiving. This fire left our house full of smoke and soot. Our Insurance company recommend Maxwell Building Services to perform the cleaning. Joe, our Project Coordinator through the whole process came out the day after the holiday and explained the entire process to me and my family. They started when we were ready and finished in only a couple weeks. The crew that cleaned and painted our home were some of the most professional tradesmen I've met. I called Maxwell Building Services late on a Sunday night after arriving home from vacation to sopping wet carpet in our family room and sagging drywall on the walls and ceiling. They were out to our place that same night to get started on the drying process. We were extremely overwhelmed by the whole mess but Joe assured us he would take care of everything, and he did. He dealt with our insurance company and explained to use the whole claim process. All of the workers we had out to the house have been very respectful, diligent and friendly. It really makes a difference when you feel you can trust these people in your home. The job was done in a timely manner considering issues with insurance, and we are happy with our choice to use Maxwell Building Services. I hope we never need to use their services again, but if we do, we know who to call. Thanks again guys!

My wife and I are very pleased with Joe and his team at Maxwell building services. We had an unfortunate water event in our kitchen that required Maxwell to remove our kitchen cabinets and flooring. Maxwell was able to work with our insurance company from start to finish to resolve all the issues that arised during our Dry out. Maxwell's team was very professional, polite, and most of all CARRYING throughout our restoration process. The craftsmanship of all the trades and involved in our project were top notch and we get nothing but compliments from our friends and family. We are so grateful that we call Maxwell and will continue to refer them to our family and friends.

Maxwell Building Services was top-notch throughout the water restoration process after a pipe burst in our kitchen and flooded part of our basement. Joe answered my call late on a Monday evening and showed up at 6:30am the next morning to begin the drying and cleaning process. He and Jeff were extremely professional, easy to work with and took the time to ensure we understood what was happening during each step of the process. Both Joe and Jeff paid extra attention to small details in our house to ensure the safety of my family and our house. They packed our kitchen cabinet contents in bubble wrap and clearly marked each box before storing them in a safe location. Extra Hepa filters were brought in for the safety of our young children and dog. Our insurance adjuster claimed that Joe's work was some of the best she's seen in water restoration. Hopefully I never have another issue requiring Maxwell Building Services' assistance, but if I do, I will certainly call Joe again!

I am incredibly happy with Maxwell Building Services. Due to a broken pipe under my basement floor, my finished basement needed to be deconstructed and reconstructed. Joe understood my concerns and took them seriously, working carefully and meticulously right down to every little detail during planning and construction all the way to the end of the project. Joe was also able to help me deal with my insurance company for the best results. Communication was great - I never felt brushed aside, and never thought they were trying to get out of doing the work. My basement was reconstructed better than it was before.A++ to this company.

I just had some storm damage on my roof. I m insured but was concerned because I've heard horror stories dealing with insurance companies. Then I found Maxwell Building Services on a local Facebook page. I Googled the company and saw a bunch of great reviews and bonus they deal with insurance companies. So I called and Joe came out to look over the job. Joe was the lead on our job and was very professional and instantly I felt very comfortable and not pressured. Naturally I chose Maxwell Building Services and the job was completed quickly without hassle and the quality of work was above and beyond expectations. Joe was very thorough and made sure I was very comfortable in the process especially dealing with insurance companies. Thank you thank you thank you for fixing my home. The washing machine leaked into our laundry room and downstairs bathroom. They came out fast to dry it up and and replace damaged floor and walls. So easy they dealt with insurance company and everything else. We will call Joe anytime!

He was very honest, upfront, friendly and knowledgeable! He was even able to advise me on my insurance coverage. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

When I noticed water damage on our family room ceiling I texted Joe at Maxwell Building Services to have him assess the issue and give me a quote. He responded immediately and came out right away. He checked everything inside and then went up on the roof to look for any and all issues. We discussed the options and he was very clear about what he could do and about the insurance options. I appreciated his honesty. I wanted it done and he started right away. The entire process, including the drying process, the removal and repair of the damaged dry wall, and the completion of all the interior painting, was completed ahead of schedule. I am very happy with the results. So much so that after a recent high wind storm I had him come back out and assess the roof for damage. I have several projects in mind for the future and I will be calling Maxwell Services again.
